Hello and a huge welcome to Rafa Fandos.
Climbers Against Cancer’s newest ambassador and the first we have in Spain.
With family and others close to him having had to deal with cancer in one form or another and in some cases, loosing the fight to it, Rafa felt that CAC was something that he would love to be associated with and support.
Rafa has plans to head out to the Atlas range to hopefully solo the ten 4000ers in the Toubkal range and paraglide from the summit of Jebel Toubkal. He will be raising funds for CAC while during his expedition.
While we have already organised 2 x £25,000.00 donations for 2021 ( one to Germany and one to Mexico) we are looking into making one in Spain in 2022.
Hopefully Rafa will have an active role in helping this donation happen.
We look forward to seeing lots of photos of his expedition.
