The IFSC Official Charity Climbers Against Cancer has made it’s latest donation towards cancer research Internationally at the World Cup (L) event in Mokpo, Korea.
On behalf of the global climbing family and represented by current World Champion Jain Kim and CAC Ambassador Kimanda Jarzebiak a cheque for 17,146,787.00 Won (£10,000) was handed over to Mr Geon Kook Lee of the National Cancer Centre Korea.
The hand over in Mokpo is the 7th contribution from the climbers charity CAC across the World and follows on from the previous donations in Australia, France, Canada, United Kingdom, United States and Munich.
The charity are currently drawing up plans for the next round of donations in 2015 with many cancer research facilities due to benefit in the future from the generosity and support of climbers internationally.
